George Dalton’s Video
“The Power of Employee Engagement”
Leaves his Legacy Behind to Advance the Entrepreneurial Spirit
BIZremedies, one of George Dalton’s last ventures, is giving away 10 of their Leadership Hubs (valued at $10,000), in their Advancing the Entrepreneurial Spirit Contest. The Leadership Hub includes the 5-hour video Dalton produced with BIZremedies, CEO Susan K. Wehrley called, “The Power of Employee Engagement,” and captures George’s best practices, as co-founder and former CEO of Fortune 500 Company Fiserv on: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Collaboration, Accountability, Recognition, Sales, Customers Service, and Acquisitions. The contest is a tribute to Dalton and his desire to continue to Advance the Entrepreneurial Spirit. In addition to the contest give away, BIZremedies will be offering “The Power of Employee Engagement” video on their site for purchase at 50% off, with all net proceeds donated to the American Heart Association, now through February 28, 2012.
“It was George’s wish to keep the Entrepreneurial Spirit Alive,” Wehrley said, “which is why he spent the day before he went in the hospital for his heart surgery on April 12, 2011, taping the video we created together called, ‘The Power of Employee Engagement.’ George wanted to ensure we had captured his best practices so that he could continue to help leaders and businesses grow. During his 7 months in the hospital, I continued to develop our business plan, which is to offer our video online in our Leadership and Employee Engagement Hubs, along with our online patented Employee Engagement System, engaging leaders with one another and their employees in the creation, management and execution of their Strategic Plan in their own private hub and therefore promoting entrepreneurial growth. I am also so grateful that George was the Chairman of my Board, an investor in BIZremedies and my mentor. While I am so sad to have lost George, it is exciting that he was able to leave this legacy behind to continue to Advance the Entrepreneurial Spirit.”
In order to win one of the 10 Leadership Hubs, simply go to www.BIZremedies.com and answer one of these 3 questions in 100 words or less: What makes a great Entrepreneur? What makes a great Leader? What creates great Employee Engagement? The contest runs now through January 31, 2012 and the top ten winning answers will be judged on clarity, originality and practical use. Entries from the contest will be posted after the contest for the public to view, in an online social media forum to create an online business community that will continue to collaborate with one another to keep the Entrepreneurial Spirit Alive.
