Our Leadership Development Hub is designed to educate and develop leaders, at every level, by giving them the skills and the tools they need to excel in today’s marketplace.

Currently, in our Leadership Development Hub we are featuring "The Power of Employee Engagement," a program developed by Susan K. Wehrley, founder and CEO of BIZremedies, and co-hosted by George Dalton, founder and former CEO of Fiserv, a Fortune 500 company and the current Chairman of the Board of BIZremedies.

It is designed to help you think strategically and actively engage employees in the Strategic Planning Process, daily management and execution of the initiatives to meet the company’s goals. It includes practical tips and tools in a 5-part video series and corresponding workbook online.

In the course you will learn:

  • How to have meaningful recognition in your organization!
